1: Check your starting ship

The first thing you should do when you start your game is to check your ships Modules.

Every Faction gets a different starting ship and a different starting loadout.

But EVERY STARTING SHIP COMES WITH A BASIC MINER.

Overview

There are 7 Ores in the game that all have specific purposes

Tier I Ores

These are considered basic and can be mined by basic Miners.

Ylithium

COLOR: Ylithium is a yellow ore.

Tier II Ores

These are considered advanced and can only be mined by specialized equipment. They are not necessary to play the game but researchable Ships, Buildings and Modules may use them.

⚠ CRITICAL: These Ore CANNOT BE MINED with the Basic Miner. Therefore, your starting Cruiser ship will not be able to collect any. You must research the Advanced Miner, Hard Miner, Volatile Miner or Metallic Miner to collect them.

Antimalium

COLOR: Antimalium is a purple-magenta ore.
